This hotel is brand new....Opened January 2007. There are 7 regular rooms, one with twin beds, the others have queen size beds.
There are 2 one-bedroom apartments with full kitchens. One has an additional sleeping area on a pull-out sofa bed.
All rooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans, safe-deposit boxes, private baths and a magnificent ocean view.
There is roof top dining under the stars on special event nights.
Watching the sunset and the twinkling lights in the village below is always a special time to enjoy a cocktail on the roof.

Reservation and Cancellation Policies
All reservations andcancellations must be received in writing at our reservation departmentat our number (506) 670-0678 or scan and send to the following e-mail: casavistaazul@hotmail.com
All reservations must be pre-paid according to the following policies:
Green Season: 50%Deposit: At time of Reservation/50% Balance: 15 days before arrival date.
HighSeason: 50% Deposit: At time ofReservation/50% Balance: 21 days before arrival date.
Easter,New Year & Christmas: 50% Deposit: At time of Reservation/50% Balance: 30 days before arrivaldate.
Green Season May1-December 14
Cancellations received between 21 and 15 days before the date of arrivalof clients, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Cancellations received less than 15 days before the arrival of theclient or “No Shows”, the total amount of the reservation will be charged. No refund.
High Season December 15-December 22 and January 6-April 30
Cancellations received between 30 and 21 days before the date of arrivalof clients, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Cancellations received less than 21 days before the arrival of theclient or “No Shows”, the total amount of the reservation will be charged. No refund.

Cancellations received between 45 and 30 days before the date of arrivalof clients, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
